I’m Amarnath AJ, a cybersecurity enthusiast currently pursuing my Master’s in Cybersecurity at Monash University, Australia. I hold a B.Tech in Cybersecurity Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and am a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v12) with a 94.4% score. Recognized as one of the best innovation trainers under the Kerala Government’s Young Innovators Programme (YIP), I’ve blended technology with education to inspire and mentor the next generation. Before moving to Australia, I worked as a Project Coordinator at MC² and also served as a freelance cybersecurity trainer, driven by a deep passion for tech and impact.
My journey blends technical expertise with leadership and meaningful community engagement. As a three-time Chairman of the Computer Society of India (RIET chapter), I helped foster a strong tech culture on campus. I’ve had the honor of being a TEDx speaker and was selected as a state-level intern under Kerala’s prestigious Young Innovators Programme. I led impactful initiatives like KARKA, where we empowered slum residents with essential skills, and coordinated experiential learning visits—such as the one to Thrissur MILMA—under the Success Fusion program. These roles reflect my commitment to using innovation as a tool for social transformation.
Now at Monash University, I’m focused on deepening my expertise in cybersecurity while preparing for a dynamic global career. With a clear goal of becoming a cybersecurity consultant or architect, I aspire to work with leading firms where I can combine strategy, security, and innovation. Rooted in the values of my home in Kerala and supported by a close-knit family, I’m equally committed to personal growth—sharpening my communication skills, building healthy routines, and staying updated on emerging tech trends. I believe in evolving every day, both as a professional and as a person.
