What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring maths and science is helping students go from feeling confused to confident. These subjects can feel intimidating at first, but once a student understands the logic or sees how it applies to the real world, it just clicks, and being part of that moment is incredibly rewarding. I love making complex ideas feel simple and watching students start to enjoy the subjects they once found challenging.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that my main strengths as a tutor involve being able to explain complex concepts in an easy and understandable manner. With experience teaching kids of all ages, I greatly understand the importance of identifying each child's strengths and weaknesses, and I believe I can strongly accommodate those specific needs of each.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that as much as it is important to help the child improve and gain confidence, it is also important to build and maintain a tutor-student relationship. This enables students who don't tend to be open in class and speak up when they have questions to openly do so during tutoring sessions. This is something I have been able to achieve with all of my past students and have found it to be very rewarding.
