Truly teach students. Not tell them the answer, however guide the students to find the answer themselves. In my experience as a student, I was never truly challenged in my tutoring leading me to drop the class and self-learn instead. I aim to teach and be patient with students to ensure they feel empowered and confident to undergo all school assessments/exams.
