I love seeing that spark in students when they understand something or become genuinely interested in the topic they are learning about - that point where they go, this isn't just something I'm forced to learn but something that is exciting and engaging to understand.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
I would say my main strengths as a tutor relate to my interpersonal skills in connecting with and relating to tutees, which then makes breaking down issues and teaching key concepts much more effective.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
I think one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is give them the space to make mistakes and learn on their own. Every student is different, and it is incredibly important for tutors to recognise how a student likes to learn - (visual vs written, memory, attention span, challenged vs small steps, etc.), but however that is, one thing I've found is that students are most successful when they are guided to form their own solutions and recognise their own errors rather than being told.Subjects Tutored ๐
