What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The sense of satisfaction and achievement when I impart my knowledge with eager pupils. I feel tutoring or teaching is an exchange of information. Learning goes both ways. Its a way to not only enhance my existing knowledge but improve my repository. I feel if I have a knowledge about a topic and others would be aided by it I love to distribute it. I feel collective growth is what leads to growth of society.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

- open to discussions - wide range of topic of interests - have the capacity and capability to reinforce knowledge in multiple new ways. **have taught my 77 yrs old granny everything about her phone (how to use Chrome add delete click on links, what's a storage space , what are spams and how to identify them, how to add new contacts etc) in ways that she has not forgotten yet . - i am enthusiastic in finding ways to impart knowledge using real life allegories.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

- being empathetic and not sympathetic. - Maths should be taught in a way that it's no longer scary, and history in a way it's not boring . - homeworks and assignments should be for improvement and not merely a task - be a friend they can confide in , there are 2 types of fuels self sustaining energy once harnessed (like uranium) and the ones that need regularly need optimal conditions to burn ( gasoline, firewood etc). Thus both fuels require different approaches to retrieve maximum calorific energy value from them. So should a teacher be, flexible source for optimal result.
