What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think it's really nice to see someone who used to be looked down upon for their bad grades and have no hope of success stand up. It's a refreshing feeling to see someone like this to say confidently, "I can do this too!"

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am enrolled in Macquarie University, studying Bachelors of Professional Accounting and Applied Finance for 2.5 years. So my math fundamentals are strong. I can speak English, Chinese, Cantonese and Japanese. This helps me tutor people who are unfamiliar with concepts in their foreign languages using their mother tougue. Additionally, I have tutored students back in high school for the International Baccalaureate for 1 year.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

For me, I consider giving them the knowledge and confidence to be able to step out of their comfort zone to achieve something previously unachievable the most important thing. Sometimes, a tutor is a guiding mentor, you provide them with stories, knowledge and experience. Then, the student would be able to utilize that knowledge and build a good fundamental, which leads to success.
