What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love being able to join students on their academic journeys, as well as watching them work towards and achieve their goals. Assisting students in gaining small wins, and finding the best ways to effectively teach students in a manner in which they feel confident and passionate about learning also powers my own passion as a tutor. Additionally, tutoring allows me to meet and understand many different types of people, as well as connecting and learning the stories of many different students.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
A significant strength I believe that I possess is strong communication skills. I understand that different people communicate in different ways and so I apply this when tutoring students to ensure they are comfortable and confident throughout their learning experience, and making sure to be patient and respectful with them throughout. I also consider myself to be very ambitious. I always try to go beyond what is expected of me and step out of my comfort zone and I use this to also inspire those that I am teaching, because I believe that trying and failing is better than not trying at all.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
While being able to confidently explain concepts and assist students in learning is an imperative duty of a tutor, I also believe that empowering them is just as important.
