I think helping the students with work that is struggling with make to have a clear explanation so next time they more like to do independently. Understand and Listen to the students ask questions and give them a chance to explain it even if they are wrong that gives clear understanding for me where to correct. Be friendly and patient and also push them to learn new things in every of your class.
