I think the most important things a tutor can do for a student is really understand what their situation is, and what their weaknesses are, as each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses, it is important to capitalise on their strengths and too develop their weaknesses into strengths, I also find it is important to listen and be patient with each student as the pace each student learns at varies.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
