About Sahana
Introduction
Currently I am a studying Bachelor of Commerce & Science in UNSW, aiming to major in Finance and Physics. I have achieved an ATAR of 92.2 in 2024, with a Band 6 in Business Studies and Band 5 in Mathematics Advanced, Chemistry, and Physics. I offer private tutoring for Business Studies, Mathematics Advanced, Physics, Chemistry and English Advanced for HSC students. I also feel comfortable teaching English and Maths to Year 7-10.

My Teaching Philosophy
As a tutor I aim to break down complex concepts into clear, simple steps so each student knows how to answer similar questions as well as how to approach unknown questions in the tests. Building a student's confidence is essential in performing well academically. Lessons can be tailored for ongoing support or short-term exam preparation. I am available for both online and in-person sessions. However, I prefer teaching in libraries for in-person sessions
