What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The thing I enjoy most when tutoring is the feeling I get when I see real progress being made. A step in the right direction. Especially when it's the tutee becoming more confident in the content. Seeing them be able to respond to something after they worked hard to learn it has to be the most satisfying partMy Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my main strengths as a tutor, are my patience when someone is struggling to understand a concept that I'm familiar with, my passion for teaching, which influenced my decision to study teaching and choose tutoring, and the fact that I'm studying to be a teacher means I can apply my studies directly to my working/teaching style.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student is give the student the support and assistance they need in ways that their classroom teachers cannot. Tutoring, for me, is a way to fill in the gaps that teachers can't reach, by giving these students individualised support.
