What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy gaining satisfaction from students after they understand certain problems or actually understand the content because I have experience in tutoring kids for tennis, and it gives me so much satisfaction seeing them learn and truly understand how to approach certain shots tactics etc.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think it would be personalising approach and tailoring that towards each student as every student is unique and I think most tutors take one standard approach and try apply/force it upon all the students but from my coaching experience in tennis it needs to be specialised and one of my strengths is understanding how to tailor explaining stuff to students in a way that they can understand even though it may mean more time but the results outweighs that.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I feel like the most important thing a tutor can do is build a high level of trust between themselves and the students which allows for a really strong relationship between the two that ultimately leads to students being more confident, they being more vocal about the stuff they need help with etc.

About Ronil

From High-Performing Student to Supportive Study Guide

Ronil is a recent Year 12 graduate with strong results across his core subjects and well-honed study habits. He has balanced academic work with intensive sport, so he understands how to manage time, plan ahead and stay focused under pressure. This tutor is well placed to help primary and lower high school students with homework routines, exam preparation and building confidence in Maths and English, especially for students who need help organising themselves and sticking to a plan.

Coaching Experience with Children on the Tennis Court

Through his role as an assistant tennis coach, Ronil has worked closely with young players, explaining skills step by step and adjusting his approach for different ages and abilities. He regularly sets up drills, supervises children, and gives clear, encouraging feedback to both students and parents. This experience means he is calm, patient and comfortable leading small groups or one-to-one sessions, making him a strong choice for families wanting a tutor who already knows how to motivate and guide children.

Discipline, Resilience and a Positive Role Model

As a competitive tennis player and school team representative, Ronil has developed resilience, discipline and strategic thinking—qualities he brings directly into his tutoring. He is used to breaking complex skills into manageable parts, tracking progress over time, and helping students bounce back from mistakes. Outside of sport, he enjoys reading, which supports his ability to discuss texts and build comprehension skills. Parents can expect a reliable tutor who models hard work, persistence and a healthy attitude towards learning.
