What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy helping students move from feeling confused or overwhelmed to feeling confident and capable. Seeing that moment when a concept βclicksΓ’β¬ for them is very rewarding.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths are clear communication, patience, and the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations. Although I grew up in India, Iβve developed strong English communication skills, mostly from interacting online and playing video games from a young age lol, which sharpened my ability to communicate clearly and relate well to younger students. I would adapt my teaching style to each student and focus on making sure they truly understand the material rather than just memorising steps which is a learning culture that's far too common these days.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe one of the most important things a tutor can do is inspire genuine interest and curiosity in the subject. When students develop interest, their motivation and confidence naturally improve. Personally, my passion for physics and computers was ignited more by engaging tutors and educational youtubers I watch than by traditional classroom teaching, which can sometimes feel routine. I aim to bring that same sense of clarity and enthusiasm into my own tutoring.
