What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy watching the student have the "ah-ha" moment where the content clicks. This shows that I have done my job as a tutor to help the student understand the subject. The student themself can start relying on their own tools to comprehend and apply the concepts which were learnt.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a workshop facilitator for children aged 3-14 one of the most important things was relaying the information in such a way the age group understands the content. As I developed communication across age ranges, I delivered the workshops confidently and passionately. Additionally from volunteering in theatre, I am very organised and prepared for the task at hand which is important in tutoring. From this experience I learned good time management skills, I've found to be useful when balancing multiple students at one time.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Most of these students who are being tutored most likely are struggling with the subject/s they are being tutored in. From previous experience, I've observed students do better in subjects they enjoy learning about.
