What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy helping my students reach the highest results within their potential and having an impact on their high school journey not only as a tutor but also as a mentor and a friend.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Although I may not have the flashiest credentials such as a 99.95 ATAR or a state rank, I have the experiences of exponentially increasing my internal ranks for both subjects between the Preliminary to the end of the HSC course. Between the courses I managed to: - Jump up from 49th to 30th out of 160 students for English Advanced - 6th out of 51 students for English Extension 1 - 18th to 7th out of 35 students for Modern History I am confident that I can help students tap into their highest potentials to achieve high marks both internally and externally.Most important things I can do for a student π

About Ashley
High-achieving English and Maths specialist
Ashley is a high-achieving tutor with strong results across both English and Mathematics. She achieved top-band results in English Advanced and Extension, as well as in advanced and extension Mathematics, and significantly lifted her own internal ranks in English and Modern History during senior school. This tutor understands what it takes to move from the middle of the cohort to the top and uses that insight to guide students step by step, especially those who may feel βstuckβ in the lower or middle quartiles.

Ashley has hands-on experience tutoring high school English in both private and small-class settings, currently working with students from Years 7β12. Currently studying Speech Pathology, Ashley brings a strong focus on clear communication and how students process language.
