What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Honestly, my favourite part is seeing a student go from feeling completely lost to actually getting it. That moment when it all clicks for them — you can just see the relief and confidence on their face. I also really enjoy getting to know the students personally, because once they feel comfortable with you, they're so much more willing to ask questions and try.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I'd say patience is a big one — I never make a student feel bad for not understanding something straight away. I'm also pretty good at reading when someone's confused even if they don't say it, and I'll just try explaining it a different way. I think being flexible like that makes a real difference because not everyone learns the same wayMost important things I can do for a student 🏅
For me it comes down to making the student feel safe to be wrong. A lot of kids shut down because they're embarrassed to get things wrong, so creating that judgment-free space is huge. Beyond that, I think it's really important to not just give them the answer but guide them to figure it out themselves — because that's what actually builds their confidence and helps them in the long run.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
