What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Connecting and Engaging with students is something I enjoy the most. Many students think they aren't good enough, be it academically or personally. Not everyone gets an encouraging response. My soul feels happy and satisfied when I make a student feel that they are enough and they can do something better
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I consider the way of explaining as my biggest strength in tutoring. In addition, I wouldn't move to the next until the student understands a topic
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I feel a tutor can positively influence a student.
1. There are many students who take plenty of time to understand a concept, that doesn't mean they are weak, they just need one more session, more practice. A tutor must understand the student first, their strengths and weakness and tutor them accordingly.
2. Teachers at school and parents might pressure the students to score more, make them feel like they aren't good enough academically but they never understand that it would spoil the students personal self confidence. A tutor should be encouraging and help develop confidence.
