To me, being able to tailor a study plan or lesson plan to a student's needs not only in the beginning but as time goes to ensure they continue learn AND grow even near the end of the year or time period is the most important. It keeps the student engaged and ensure they thoroughly understand ALL topics even from the beginning of the tutoring period even weeks or months later.
