What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like seeing growth in younger individuals. During my time as a Peer Mentor where I taught comprehension, reading and writing skills, I was so happy to see my assigned student see her own progress and success because she was happy whenever she got praise and answered questions correctly.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To me, being able to tailor a study plan or lesson plan to a student's needs not only in the beginning but as time goes to ensure they continue learn AND grow even near the end of the year or time period is the most important. It keeps the student engaged and ensure they thoroughly understand ALL topics even from the beginning of the tutoring period even weeks or months later. It also stops the student from losing confidence in subjects they may have lost understanding of.
