I think that one of my main strengths is that I am patient, I understand concepts and ideas don't often click straight away, and people likely need to look at it from different angles. I also feel as though I am encouraging and will not punish 'wrong' ideas; instead, I will see how their approach can be adjusted to get towards the right idea, as it is important to allow the student to apply their way of thinking about things where possible.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I feel like the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to genuinely care about the topic and the student's work.
