What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing concepts finally click for a student. As a student myself, I know how rewarding it feels when something that once seemed confusing suddenly makes sense. Many of my own teachers helped me experience those moments, and I would love the opportunity to help other students build that same confidence and enjoyment in learning.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe my key strength as a tutor is my willingness to learn and continuously improve. If I donβt know an answer immediately, Iβm comfortable being honest and taking time to research it. I am patient, approachable, and adapt explanations to suit each studentβs learning style. I am also an out-of-the-box thinker, which helps me explain concepts in different ways until understanding is achieved.
I noticed there was no direct field to submit a resume, so I have included my CV here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iMa0W7zGdLaxDf7T382Uz3eN-MmyhIPp/
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is build a student's confidence and motivation to learn. While helping students improve their grades is important, a great tutor also encourages curiosity, independent thinking, and a positive attitude towards learning. By helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorise answers, tutors can equip them with skills and confidence that will benefit them long after a single test or assignment.
