The main strength of mine as a tutor is that I am able to explain and break down topics into more easily understandable concepts, adapting my approach to each student's learning style to ensure they feel confident and supported as they progress. A tutoring environment differs from a school environment by the personal connection and the attention to detail from the tutor. As a tutor, I believe it is important to connect deeply with each student, paying close attention to if they fully understand each topic and if they feel confident and motivated with their work. About Justin
Bio
Hi! My name is Justin, and I'm so excited to be your tutor! My goal is simple: to help you actually understand the content, build your confidence and achieve the results and goals you're working towards. I graduated with an ATAR of 99.50, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Advanced Computer Science (Honours) at UNSW. Across all the subjects I tutor, I've achieved strong results and I believe you can too! Through my previous teaching experiences, I've spent more than two years working with students of all ages and all abilities. Those experiences have taught me that every student learns differently, and that the right explanation, tailored to how you think, makes all the difference. I'm here to make sure every session is built around you specifically, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Outside of tutoring and uni, I play badminton and play the double bass. I was even a State Finalist in the Creative Generation Instrumental Fanfare as a part of a Symphony Orchestra! I believe a healthy balance between study and the things you love is just as important as the grades themselves, and I'm here to help you find that balance.
