I explain things clearly and I adapt. I use simple language, examples, and smaller chunks when a student is stuck. I am patient, organised, and comfortable working with students who require extra processing time, including those with autism. My strongest subjects are maths and science (biology, chemistry), and I stay calm when a student is frustrated.Most important things I can do for a student π
Make the student feel safe enough to ask questions, explain the idea in a way that actually makes sense, and provide them with a way to practice so they can succeed on their own.
