Lara was doing fantastic with her trigonometry work in the previous session and I recall us looking ahead a little which appears to have helped her in class too! With ratios and map scales, she does very well with the ratio side, but needs improvement on map scales.

It is interesting that ratios seem to come to Lara easily whereas map scales are a bit more hard to get your head wrapped around! I believe it has to do with converting measurements. We will continue working on it.

Danika has been doing very well with the content so far in mathematics. Algebra has improved immensely and she js quite solid at it. She has been snamshing through all the questions given and answering confidently. Still so pleased with Danika.

Improvement on working out style and methods as well as deep knowledge. Today it was very evident the level of reliance Danika puts on a formula provided. However after explaining she seems to understand a little further but not fully.

Well, Danika basically smashed through all of the questions I provided. It appears she has taken my explanations from last week in her head and has a better understanding of the work. As a last lesson with Danika, I've been happy with her progress through the years and see her continuing to do great.

Working out methods, deep thinking, and patience(?) Backchecking work is a rush, she's starting to work quick but doesn't check. Nonetheless, everything is forever improving.

It is quite impressive how much Danika has improved in Algebra, since when I first started tutoring her and it being one of her least favourite topics! She's gotten a better grasp on making something 'the subject' and how to move stuff around from one side to the other, and general mathematical rules relating to that. Working out methodology keeps going up and overall abilities and confidence improved as well.

Some minor issues with fraction based questions - but she was getting the hang of it by the end. Danika had definitely whizzed through the session today in flying colours.
