Focus and to develop student interest is the main thing to teach students. Making time table for every activity that student cannot be bored but feel charm to do work activities. What I realized was that the most important thing for me was for my students to know that they are valued. That I am glad that they are there every single day and that their ideas and contributions are important, whether or not it is always easy to feel that way in any given moment.
