When students understand the concept rather than memorising the content. I also enjoy the interaction and communication with the students, and also the commitment, progress of the student.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Teaching effectively so that the student can understand the content. It is important to make the students do their own work, rather than doing it for them as they do not learn effectively if the tutor does the work for them. The tutor must also commit to every class and treat every student equally with respect.
