My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I am fully dedicated to pushing my students to the best of their academic abilities. The combination of my creative approaches to tutoring and motivation to push my students to their very best has been the key to the jumps my current students have made in their respective subjects, as well as their increased motivation and confidence. Additionally, while I am charismatic in my tutoring, I am also strict with my policies of showing up on time, paying attention in class, and finishing their homework, This has worked well for me develop trust and respect from the student.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Not only is it important for the tutor help raise the academic abilities for a student, but also their confidence, and enjoyment for the subject. This to me, is the ultimate end goal in tutoring, and without them, they will not be motivated to study their subjects. Furthermore, a tutor should teach the student the fundamentals of time management and discipline for any task, not just school mathematics, as these skills will transfer to adulthood, and set them on the path to success.
