I love breaking down what may seem like complex concepts to a student into a simple idea that makes more sense to them. I really enjoying being part of the process of the moment when "it clicks" for the student.

My strengths as a tutor lie in the ability of relating foreign concepts into a way that is more relatable for the student. Particularly in sciences, this involves using analogies to link concepts into every day scenarios. In the the world of math, it often involves recognizing and explaining patterns that are apparent with the right direction.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

It's often frustrating not to understand what is being taught in class and feeling behind. In addition to teaching and explaining the academic material, I believe a good tutor also provides encouragement to the students and potentially even evoke inspiration and genuine curiosity in that field.
