Observing the student's improvement, progress and their understanding. Being able to help students to understand their topic and achieve their learning goals.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Patience, supportive, enthusiastic, inspiring, teaching using different strategies based upon the student e.g. if they aural, visual, tactile or kinaesthetic. My experience in teaching as a primary school teacher.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Be patient, understanding, to believe in the student and not to compare them with anyone else. To be willing to try different ways of explaining something if it doesn't work the first way.

Needs to stop guessing and break down the word and sound it out. Writing capital letters at the end of the word. Recognition of 'j'.

Confusing the sounds for v and w when sounding out to spell.

Needs to look at the word and break it into component parts to read and not guess. Getting confused with the W and the V sounds, writing d, f p and z lower case letters back to front.
