What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy seeing the progress my students make as they improve in their mathematics, knowing that it was at least partly due to me. Also, I enjoy the subjects themselves, and find that teaching the basics aids the progression of my learning as well
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think I am good at connecting with the students and explaining basic principle in ways that they haven't yet heard from their teachers or other tutors
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think that the best thing to do when tutoring is allow the students free rein when answering questions, as I have often found that almost all of their learning comes from when they make mistakes. I tend to try to give them only small nudges when getting them to complete a question, and reduce the amount of my interference over preceding questions
