Connecting with teens on a professional yet personal level and having a good rapport with them. Seeing them become passionate about what they are learning.

Definitely when I enjoy my work it has to be my passion and enthusiasm and the way that translates to the students. My patience too has its rewards when my students finally get it!

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Put themselves in the students’ place and prepare their lessons accordingly. Always impart empathy, consideration for their individual circumstances which will impact their learning and be ear when they need understanding and to debrief.
