What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

One can develop a sound understanding of who the student learns and retains information. Tutoring allows the student to relax and ask questions that they don't usually ask when in class. Tutoring is more enjoyable than teaching large classes. One can really focus on the learner and achieve the desired results in tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a solid understanding of different learners, learning styles and how learners learn. I work with many different students of different backgrounds, cultures and family dynamics. I have a great sense of humour and a relaxed manner. Students feel comfortable around me and like the way I set achievable goals for them.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Pay attention to the student and be attentive to their needs. Show interest in their progress as well as help set them goals. Understand that stress and anxiety needs to be addressed as something important and skills to move pass this are needed. Tutors should not and can not ever give up on a learner.
