What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing students gain a new understanding of a concept and improve their skills and confidence in a certain subject or topic. I also like the different perspectives I would get and the discussions that it generates, allowing for an open-minded exploration of a concept.

My personal strengths would be interpersonal skills- being personable and easy to talk to, as well as effective communication skills and previous tutoring experience that helps me better explains topics in a way that is easy to understand.

Develop self-confidence, provide constructive feedback, discuss topics freely and be open to a student's ideas, set tasks that effectively help the student without making the workload overwhelming
