I think for a tutor, the most important things are: Communication, being able to talk and understand the students needs so I can find ways to solve them Being simple and easy to understand, relating things and being concise are essential Having fun with the student I think is a little underrated, I think if the student can enjoy doing the subject it will make them improve immensely
