What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the process of learning. I view it as a journey undertaken by the tutor and student. While the aim to pass an exam or reach a particular goal is clear, the learning includes exploring knowledge and integrating skills. Tutoring presents opportunities for the student to explore and develop opinions, knowledge and insight. This aspect is very enjoyable as a tutor when the student begins to demonstrate independent and creative thought, opinions and ideas.

A tutor should lessen the anxiety and/or stress of learning for a student. A tutor should present information and knowledge in creative ways to help the student develop understanding and insight into a subject. A tutor should encourage confidence in a student's abilities to enable them to achieve goals.
