My best strengths would definitely communication and flexibility, be being able to explain concepts in a lot of different ways just in case one particular way doesn't work is important when it comes to tutoring/teaching in my personal experience.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Personal connection would be my important factor in tutoring, having a good basic relationship and being able to build upon that will make communicating to the student much easier. I believe that there is often a barrier between teachers and students in a school system and sometimes that barrier may affect an individual student, it transforms into a language barrier in learning. My passion for maths and science came from the teachers I had in high school, so I truly believe that tutors should create a comfortable atmosphere for the student to maximise their learning.
