What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to help students learn and grow. It is such a rewarding experience as I get to closely monitor their improvements throughout the tutoring sessions. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and getting good insights/ideas from the students. This would make tutoring an effective two-way communication process in which the students will benefit academically from the sense that they are part of a learning community. Besides, I am also able to further improve myself by utilizing their constructive criticism in the process.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths as a tutor are my communication skills and ability to explain difficult things clearly and concisely for students to understand. Through my experiences as a tutor, I have developed an exceptional ability to do lesson planning activities to meet each student's specific needs as well as maintaining good communication with the parents to help the students progress further in their studies. Also, I am a good listener and can quickly adapt to each student's preferred teaching method to keep them motivated hence they can gain the most from the experience.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to make lessons as fun as possible. This could be done by varying the tutoring techniques (verbal, written, fun quizzes, etc) to keep students interested whilst delivering a clear and concise lesson as I believe that students will receive the most benefit while being motivated. A tutor must also be able to identify both strengths and weaknesses and then plan on how to effectively utilize both qualities to achieve the best result possible (further sharpen a student's strengths while turning weaknesses to potential strengths).
