What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love observing my positive impact towards my students' sense of math self efficacy and development. The "ah-ha" moment is seriously something enjoyable to witness. It is when I know that my teaching practice is effective and really has positive influence on my student which lead to their excitement, motivation.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very organized person as I always to arrange my lesson plan in a logical order so that my students will be beneficial from it. I also try to make sure organizing my lessons in a coherent order. Additionally, I am also patient enough to help my students even if I have to explain it many times.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The best thing I believe is to help student realize their ability in learning mathematics. I consider the shift from teacher-centered teaching to learner-centered learning is essential. I will try to help my students solve the problem by themselves by giving hints rather than straight up giving them the answer. As student gains success in solving math problem on their own it will promote their self-efficacy in math and change their perspective which lead to improvement and development.
