Every parent wants to know their child's education is in good hands. Your child might rarely ask for help, or they might need a bit of a push here and there. Either way, once they need help it can get a bit overwhelming finding the right support. That goes double for science subjects. Physics is tricky - the demands are getting increasingly complex. That goes double for science subjects. Physics is tricky - the demands are getting increasingly complex. On top of that, you want to know that the person guiding your child through the content, is also someone your child can rely on.
Not all parents know what to look for in a tutor. Not all parents have the time.
That's where we can help.
We provide one-on-one physics tutoring in Canberra. All we need is to have a chat so we can figure out what kind of support your child needs.
A good tutor observes how a student learns, offers encouragement and shows them how to stay on task. A good tutor also knows when to step back. That way, in the end, students not only get the grades they want, but they also become independent learners.
That is what the tutors we work with aim for - students standing on their own two feet.
So what's next?
Once you reach out to us we set up the first lesson with a local Canberra physics tutor. You pay a simple hourly fee.
The first lesson comes with a money-back guarantee to make sure you are completely happy with the match.
As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Stacey is slowly gaining self confidence in her Maths ability. Guiding her to do lots of self questioning, note taking and putting everything down on paper and showing her the importance of putting steps down to reach the final answer.
Gabby always has a positive attitude and puts a lot of effort in her work which is shown while doing the questions. Gabby has very good work habits of completing the set tasks and homework even within a short period of time.
Mason was experiencing some persisting issues with subtraction, especially understanding that one must subtract the bottom number from the top number in the stacked question form. However, with continued effort, Mason has greatly improved in this aspect and is clearly more comfortable with subtraction problems.
We couldn't be happier with Lachlan, he has built an instant rapport and James is noticeably enjoying maths and tutoring. Thank-you.
Yes we are happy with the way things have started. Ahmad-Firdauz has been very helpful and we believe has already helped Jayden improve is focus. Jayden has a math test today which we are hopeful show improved results even if by just a slight margin.
Jeevan is happy with Posearn's approach and seems to have settled well with the arrangement. He has been on time every lesson and seems to be a dedicated tutor. We are looking forward to seeing progress in Jeevan's Maths grades but for now we are pleased that he has someone he can turn to for help when he encounters problems with homework.
