What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy passing on my knowledge to students by helping them whenever they face difficulty in understanding their studies. Coming from someone who used to face trouble in examinations due to feeling anxious and nervous during exams, I like helping other people understand their syllabus better so they can prepare for their exam better without facing stressful situations like I did, especially during the exam itself. Furthermore, the relief and happiness that students get once they understand something they were struggling with, motivates me to go to great lengths to help clear their uncertainty.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am extremely passionate about mathematics and I absolutely love helping people. Hence, being a tutor would be more than a job for me, but rather more of me doing what I love.Patience and amicability are some of my strengths so it makes it easier for students to ask me questions when they are in doubt. Furthermore, I ensure I explain questions clearly, and lay out all my workings neatly, step-by-step, in order to avoid confusion for the students.Because I take academics very seriously, I would also aim to deliver qualitative knowledge to my students, in order for them to produce good results.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Ensuring the student's questions are answered clearly and properly, even if it requires a lengthy process. It is important for the tutor be enthusiastic at all times without showing feelings of apathy, even when the student asks the same question many times. The tutor should always motivate the student to try out new questions, and help them gain confidence in answering the questions by helping them if they get stuck on it for too long. Teaching the student a method of answering which can be applied even when the question is altered is important, as a question can be asked in different ways.
