What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring feels good. In other words, helping other people learn & grow makes you feel good inside. It forces me to think through the basics of the subject matter, which makes me better at doing that thing. It helped me become a better communicator. Tutoring has made me feel more confident about myself and I consider it has a highest for of art.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am extremely adaptable to different scenarios and children. Some kids will not listen to you but some might. It is about keeping a balance of being sweet as well as being authoritative. I believe I have high energy while interacting with students. I believe this is the charisma which children like when they look up to their tutors. Finally, children are very honest with their opinions and I believe I have high humility towards feedback and I am ready to work on it.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Be able to establish rapport and trust. Being a good listen as a mentor is very important. A tutor student relationship should be viewed as a partnership. We need to appear as a instructor but a friendly advisor. The most important ability for anyone is how does an individual learn? This can be taught by a tutor and motivation provided by them.
