The satisfaction of seeing the student understanding explanations and improving. Seeing how different students' way of understanding can be and how they interpret concepts.

Good listener and observer. Always try to understand the students' perspective and adapt lessons based to their abilities. Will go the extra mile to help students.

Guiding the students towards understanding concepts and the logic behind them rather than making them rote-learn. Encouraging them and always giving constructive feedbacks.
