My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Strengths - I am reliable, cheerful, can offer constructive criticism , and am proficient in school level maths and english. I would like to see students succeed, and perhaps most importantly I'm an effective communicator. Weaknesses - I can be unorganized, in terms of the layout of my work and misplacing documents and such. This is something I am working on improving.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to make sure there is continual improvement in their work. If there are signs the student is not improving, then it's important to look for weaknesses or anything the student is struggling with and work on those areas. I know at uni, and when I was at school, the feeling of understanding something you never could and being able to do it yourself is a great feeling, and so I think the prospect of continuous improvement is the most important thing a mentor can offer.
