Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Teaching, encouraging, motivating and inspiring students are the most important things that a tutor can do. Teaching is the most basic yet one of the most important duties for a tutor. Moreover, a tutor needs to continuously encourage and motivate students during lessons, so they may spark their interest in a particular subject or area of study in which the students can proactively further develop their skills and knowledge. Lastly, inspiring students to believe they are able to achieve more than what they think they are capable of, thus they may develop greater motive to study.
