I think the most enjoyable thing about being a tutor isn't a job, I feel it is more like a learning process. I also need to learn how to make my language be simple and easy to understand. And when the students can get the point of what I said, I feel proud of them. I have enough patience. If students constantly feel it's hard to understand the content, I will explain it over and over again until they can understand. And also, if some Chinese students are struggling with learning English content, I can use Chinese to convert the meaning and help them understand better.
