What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the joy of teaching students about the power of knowledge. When you see how far they've come and how happy they are, it makes everything worthwhile. Being the catalyst for such a shift is both fulfilling and exciting.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a young student myself, I can relate to each and every one of the students. As school captain in year 12, I mentored the school's future leaders, and by the end of the year, the students not only felt more confident, but they also felt safe asking for help in their personal lives. This has a significant impact because it makes students feel at ease, allowing them to not only attend but also have fun.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Personally, I believe that a good tutor is more than just a teacher; they guide students based on their specific needs. They consider various factors, such as a student's learning style, and tailor their instruction to them. They also instil executive study skills in students, which will benefit them both academically and in life. Being a great learner necessitates organisational, task initiation, focus, and time management abilities.
