The most important thing that a tutor can do for a student is support them in building their confidence. Iβve found that lots of students have a good understanding of a topic and know how to answer questions but they doubt themselves or simply donβt believe in their answer. As a tutor itβs important to remind students that they should have confidence in themselves.
