What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most enjoyable aspect of tutoring has to be seeing a student grow to understand concepts that they previously struggled with. It provides a purpose for tutoring as it shows how putting some extra time and effort can help someone not only in the short term but in future years as well.

My strengths as a tutor would be to adjust my method of teaching to suit each student and to provide an environment where students can be comfortable addressing their concerns so that they can achieve the best possible outcomes.

Tutors should be flexible with their lesson plans so that they can be adjusted to best suit the students learning. They should also be understanding and willing to listen to students' feedback and concerns and do their best to address them. Furthermore, a tutor should be able to put in time and effort to plan good and productive lessons for their students, as otherwise, it is a waste of time for both the student and tutor.
