My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths are definitely my empathy towards an individual. I do not discriminate against any background and would make the learning environment fun and enjoyable. I understand that I may need to tailor my work to suit individual needs and due to my age, I would be able to relate to primary school and high school children a lot easier than an older individual in my situation.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the tutor should make the learning environment very fulfilling. This may require tutors to sometimes spend time outside of lessons to research on ways of improving their teaching methods or finding out the solutions to their student's questions which the tutor themselves may have been unsure of. I also believe that a tutor should understand that not all students learn at the same pace and should spend as much time as required on a topic to ensure that the student has understood the basics before moving on.
