What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love it when I can form a connection with my students. From learning about their fears and insecurities to learning their life goals and ambitions, to even learning their philosophies, I got to see their different perspectives and they have helped me evolve into a more empathetic person and it has helped me grow as well.
Furthermore, I love it when I hear that I could create an impact on my students' lives. These are some of the things that I enjoy the most about tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor are as follows-
Patience - I am always patient with my students. Not all students are the same, some students need more time to grasp a concept. I am well aware of it and that's why I deal with all my students patiently.
Empathy - Since students can come from different backgrounds, it's extremely important to understand their needs and challenges.
Communication - Working as a tutor for about a year has enabled me to identify different types of students and ways I can reach out to them. Therefore, I believe that my communication skills are strong.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor can not only help the students stay motivated but they can also help the students build great study habits that will help them for a lifetime. Their influence can never stop and that's really important. Students, especially the ones who struggle a lot need a motivator to stay on top of their goals without giving up. That's something a tutor can do. They can motivate the students do better and can also influence them to build good habits that will be useful to them later.
