What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is rewarding, flexible and interesting job for me, the job where I can work with children and adults and help them. Tutoring also reinforces your own skills and techniques as you're exposed to different learning styles. Skills gained and strengthened from tutoring include your communication and leadership skills, as well as your ability to adapt these skills to individual students and their needs. These skills are important for your own growth as a professional, whether you're in the teaching field full time or not.

I think a good tutor will take the time to connect meaningfully with the student and their families. They will be caring and compassionate, but also professional and organized. Having a good rapport with the student will move a tutor from good to great.
